Clinical Psychologist, Sport Psychology Consultant and Hypnotherapist

About
I’m a clinical psychologist who supports people to better understand themselves, work through challenges, and build lasting wellbeing. With over seven years of advanced training and ongoing professional development, my work is grounded in evidence-based, personalised care.Therapy follows a clear three-phase approach: understanding through thoughtful assessment, supporting change through tailored psychological treatment, and strengthening progress so gains are sustained over time. My approach centres on awareness, acceptance, and adaptation, helping people develop insight, respond to challenges with flexibility, and make meaningful, lasting changes. Having worked across diverse cultures and now practising in Aotearoa New Zealand, I value collaborative, respectful work that honours each person’s unique experiences and strengths.

When mind, body and spirit work as one, anything is possible
Values
Empower
"Give a person a fish, and they eat for a day. Teach a person to fish, and you feed them for a lifetime." I subscribe to the notion that good ideas are meant to be shared, and sharing knowledge empowers others to surpass oneself.
As a mental health practitioner, I am committed to revealing the internal resources within individuals. My belief lies in equipping people with the comprehension and skills necessary to enhance their lives significantly.
Passion
Many express, "I am my own worst critic," and I am driven by the desire to transform them into their own greatest strength. Psychology became my passion from the moment I chose to study it. Each training, every course, and every client I've worked with since has only deepened my dedication to my work.
I firmly believe in people's untapped potential and am enthusiastic about guiding them to discover it for themselves.
Holistic
"When mind, body, and spirit collaborate, limitless possibilities emerge." Many therapies still concentrate on addressing individual components of well-being. My goal is to integrate spiritual, social, psychological, and physical aspects into a cohesive whole. While managing symptoms is crucial, prioritizing overall well-being knows no bounds. By placing health at the forefront, profound and enduring well-being can flourish.
